    Chef Michael White, joined by Marea’s Executive Chef Jared Gadbaw, has created a menu embracing a variation of traditional French culinary sensibilities fine-tuned to the urban palate. The Vaucluse menu features a balance of approachable, classic and innovative dishes as well as daily specials that draw inspiration from both the rich history of French cuisine and brasserie-fare.  The menu, which includes a raw bar, hors d’oeuvres, seasonal produce compositions, handmade pastas, expertly prepared meats and fish, dishes pour deux, and rotating daily specials, is complemented by a collection of breads baked in-house daily from our boulangerie.


    Vaucluse features a prominent center bar at its core.  Its beverage program features an extensive French and American wine list along with a carefully curated cocktail program. Fashioned by Meyer Davis, the space beautifully integrates contemporary design elements with the natural grace emblematic of Provence.

    Nicoletta is the Altamarea Group’s first flagship pizzeria in the East Village.  This thicker-crust artisanal pizza is homage to Chef Michael White’s childhood favorite pizza. Indulge in hand-tossed dough topped with a variety of specialty items like roasted wild mushrooms, prosciutto and truffle creme, or thick-cut pepperoni, homemade fennel sausage and mozzarella. Feeling adventurous? Create your own specialty pie with a variety of topping combinations. Gluten-free pizza is also available. And all pizzas are made fresh to order.

  • Chop Shop is a vibrant, casual "butcher-shop inspired" concept from the Altamarea Group in Haymarket, London. The menu has both London and New York influences and features savory jars with thick cut charred toast, small plate appetizers, a selection of salads and mains, and prime steaks and chops as the center focus. The region’s central city is Bologna and is most commonly recognized as the home of Ferrari and Luciano Pavarotti. Costata, meaning ribeye in Italian, highlights Altamarea Group's highly lauded and fresh made pastas and a broad selection of prime dry aged beef from Creekstone Farms.  The Tomahawk ribeye for two is the signature dish and is accompanied by several side dishes and sauces.  All dishes can be enjoyed at home whenever you are ready by ordering through Caviar and UberEATS.

Located on Madison Avenue, the sleek interiors exude an understated elegance with a 130-seat upstairs dining room adorned with soft beige and caramel tones magnified by shapely FLOS chandeliers. Downstairs, Ristorante Morini showcases a vibrant bar and an additional 35 seats.     RISTORANTE offers pan-Italian regional cuisine with a menu that covers various seasonal specialties, both inland and coastal.
