Founded by Ahmass Fakahany and chef/partner Michael White, the group currently owns and operates 17 restaurants worldwide.
New York City restaurants: Marea (2009), Osteria Morini (2010), Ai Fiori (2010), Nicoletta (2012), Ristorante Morini (2013), Vaucluse (2015), Nicoletta at Citi Field (2017), Omar at Vaucluse (2018); New Jersey restaurants: Due Mari (2008), Osteria Morini (2012), and Nicoletta (2014); Washington, D.C.: Osteria Morini (2013) and King of Prussia, PA.: Nicoletta (2016). Altamarea Group also operates two delivery operations in New York City: the Italian steakhouse Costata Delivered on Caviar and Pasta on Demand by Chef Michael White on UberEATS.
