Add all ingredients to a shaker; shake well over ice. Strain over fresh ice in a collins glass, and top with club soda.
Simple Syrup: dissolve 2 cups of sugar into 1 cup of boiling water. Let cool.
½ oz Raspberry puree (or pureed semi defrosted frozen raspberries)
½ oz simple syrup
¾ oz fresh lemon juice
1 ½ oz mint tea (chilled)
Fresh Mint and Lemon to garnish
